What VNish OS changes
VNish is third-party firmware that replaces Bitmain’s stock image and gives you per-chip autotuning, so you can run the fleet harder for more hashrate or softer for better J/TH, and you get far better telemetry when something starts to go wrong. Two things to know going in: third-party firmware voids any remaining manufacturer warranty, and pushing frequency raises board temperature, which is the thing that actually kills S19 hashboards over time. On a fleet this size, tune for efficiency and longevity rather than for a headline hashrate number — the boards you do not have to replace are worth more than the terahashes you squeeze out.

Condition
Sold as refurbished. Before you order, get from us in writing: what was replaced or reworked, whether boards were recapped or re-pasted, the test duration and pass criteria, and what warranty we are putting on the lot. A seller who cannot answer those four questions is selling you used, not refurbished.
Power and siting — read this before you buy
An S19 is a 200–277 V AC machine. It will not run on a standard North American 120 V outlet, and at roughly 3.25 kW it needs a dedicated 240 V circuit with real headroom — a 20 A 240 V breaker per machine is the practical floor. It is also a genuinely loud industrial appliance at about 75 dB. This is a shed, garage, warehouse or hosted-facility miner, not a living-room miner. If you want something you can put in a house, look at the Avalon Q instead.
Stock spares before the units land — hashboards, fan assemblies, PSUs and control boards are the four things that fail on an S19 fleet.

Questions buyers ask about this lot
Will this run on a normal household outlet?
No. This lot needs a dedicated 200–277 V circuit. A North American 120 V household outlet will not run it under any adapter or configuration. Have an electrician confirm the supply before the pallet arrives.
What can I mine with it?
The algorithm is SHA-256 (Bitcoin), and ASIC silicon is single-purpose: it will mine coins on that algorithm and nothing else, whatever the price of anything else does.
What condition is it in, and what does that grade mean?
This is second-hand stock. We describe it the way we found it: tested working means it ran on our bench at the stated hashrate, refurbished means it was also cleaned, re-pasted or had parts replaced, and as-is means it is sold without a working claim. The grade for this unit is stated in the description above; where a listing states no grade, it says so rather than implying one. Cosmetic wear — dust, scratches, label marks — is normal on hardware that has been mining and is not a fault.
What should I check the day it arrives?
Photograph the pallet or box before you open it, keep the packaging, and run the 48-hour acceptance test straight away. Freight claim windows are short, and a fault found on day two is a conversation while a fault found on day thirty is an argument. Fifty machines, and what happens when you mix them with what you own
Fifty stock S19s is about 4.75 PH/s for around 163 kW at the factory rating. If this is the whole fleet, your blended efficiency is roughly the listing figure and the sums are easy. If you are adding it to machines you already run, do the arithmetic the right way round, because averaging the listings gets it wrong in the direction that flatters you.
Worked on our own numbers: put a hundred 95 TH/s S19s beside twenty S19k Pros and the average of the two efficiency figures says 28.6 J/TH. The fleet is actually 32.0 — 377.9 kW producing 11,800 TH/s — because the inefficient machines are also most of your hashrate. That is the difference between a break-even rate of 4.65 cents and one of 4.15, which is the difference between signing a power contract and not signing it. Blend by terahash, never by listing.
The only efficiency figure that ever appears on a bill is total watts at the wall over total terahash at the pool, measured on the same machines at the same time. How to compute it for a mixed fleet, and the payback it produces at three, five and seven cents a kilowatt-hour, is on used ASIC miner fleet economics. Why the machines drift off their ratings in the first place — heat, dust and a power supply that has run hot for years — is in why mining hardware fails.
