Used Antminer S19 Lots — From 5 Machines to 300

We sell used Antminer S19 hardware by the lot — S19 95TH/s and 110TH/s, S19k Pro and S19 XP — to farm operators and resellers, in quantities from a five-unit trial to a 300-machine order. These are second-hand machines, and every lot says on its own page what we found on the bench: tested, refurbished, or as-is with the fault named.

Used Antminer S19 Lots on the Shelf Right Now

There are 11 used and refurbished Antminer S19 lots listed today, from 5 machines to 300, each priced on its own page. Every one of them is second-hand hardware and it is priced like second-hand hardware. What the listing says is what we found on the bench: tested means it ran at the stated hashrate, refurbished means it was also cleaned, re-pasted or had parts replaced, and where a lot states no condition grade it says so instead of implying one.

Lot prices are what each listing publishes, not a volume-discount schedule — the lots are priced one at a time against what we paid for the batch, so compare the ones you are actually choosing between. Lots move on LTL freight, palletised — each lot listing carries its own freight class and its own weight. Buying used miners in bulk is the page that answers the rest of it: what every condition grade means, what happens when a unit arrives dead, what the warranty covers across a lot, and who arranges the freight. Buying one machine first is a perfectly sensible way to do this: the used and refurbished shelf has singles from the same stock, and every machine we sell — new, used and quote-only — is in one place.

Single Units From the Same Used Stock

Three single refurbished Antminer S19s, out of the same stock the lots come from. Buying one first is how you find out what it costs you per month, how loud it actually is and what it does to the room — before that becomes a hundred of the same problem.

Buying a Lot: The Things That Actually Decide Whether It Is a Good Deal

A used S19 does not hash like a new S21 and we are not going to write a paragraph pretending otherwise. What it does is cost a small fraction as much per machine, which is a different argument and, for a lot of operators, the better one — capex per terahash is where a fleet is won or lost. That argument only holds if the condition of the batch is described accurately, so here is exactly how we describe it.

How a batch is tested and graded

Three words do the work on every listing on this site and they mean the same thing every time. Tested — it ran on our bench at the stated hashrate. Refurbished — it was also deep-cleaned and hand-washed, fitted with new fan covers, had parts replaced as needed, and was run under load for an hour before shipping. As-is — sold with no working claim and the fault named.

There is no A/B/C letter scale here, because we do not operate one. A listing either states its condition or states that it does not, and we would rather publish the second than invent the first.

What the warranty covers

Where a lot carries ING Mining’s 30-day guarantee, that lot’s own page says so. Some lots are listed with no warranty term at all, and those say that too — on hardware this age the terms move the economics more than any number on the spec sheet.

Before you send money, ask us to put in writing what the guarantee covers on your order: DOA replacement, hashrate shortfall, or both. We will. An expectation that is written down is worth more than a generous one that is assumed.

What happens with a DOA unit

We do not publish a DOA rate. We have not measured one across a fleet, and a number we made up would be worth nothing to the person relying on it.

What we will do is agree the DOA window and the replacement policy in writing before the order goes in. Across a hundred machines the difference between a five-unit and a fifteen-unit allowance is real money, and it belongs in the paperwork before the pallet moves rather than in an email afterwards.

What the machines need from your site

An S19 runs on 200–277 V AC — there is no adapter that makes it a 110 V machine — draws about 3,250 W at its stock rating, and sits around 75 dB. Each one is roughly 14.5 kg, so a hundred of them is about 1,450 kg of hardware before packaging: multiple pallets, LTL freight, never parcel.

Read the voltage and noise on the listing you are actually buying rather than assuming, and read ASIC miner power requirements and ASIC miner cooling before you size the service.

Whether used is the right call at all

Sometimes it is not. Where electricity is expensive, efficiency wins and a current-generation machine can be worth its price; where power is cheap, cheap terahash usually wins and an S19 lot is hard to beat. That is arithmetic rather than a slogan, and it is worked through with real numbers in our ASIC miner comparison.

We would rather send you to a spreadsheet than to a checkout you regret. Buying one unit first, running it, and then ordering the lot is a route we recommend more often than not.

If you would rather have current-generation

We stock that tier too, and it is not used: Bitmain’s S21, S21 Pro, S21+ and S21 XP, including the hydro and immersion variants, and MicroBT’s WhatsMiner M50S++, M60S+, M63S / M63S+ and M66S / M66S+ / M66S++.

Most of that tier is priced on request rather than listed, which is normal for machines at that price and lead time. Ask, and you get a number and the terms with it — or browse new ASIC miners.

PRICED ON WHAT IT MEASURED:

Most of our stock is used hardware we bought, tested and graded ourselves. A machine short a chip or running hot is priced as one, and the listing says why.

SOLD FOR PARTS SAYS SOLD FOR PARTS:

Units that are short a chip, running hot, or only good for spares are listed that way, with the fault named in the description - not blurred into “refurbished”.

Why ASIC Miners Beat Everything Else for Bitcoin

An ASIC miner does one job: compute SHA-256 hashes as fast and as cheaply as possible. That single-mindedness is the whole advantage. A GPU rig can be repurposed for gaming or rendering; an Application-Specific Integrated Circuit can’t do anything else — and that’s exactly why it mines circles around general-purpose hardware. A modern Antminer S19 runs somewhere around 30 joules per terahash; a GPU farm chasing the same hashrate would burn several times that in electricity alone.

That efficiency gap compounds fast. At today’s difficulty, the difference between an efficient rig and an outdated one isn’t a rounding error — it’s the difference between mining at a profit and mining at a loss once the power bill arrives. It’s why serious operations, from single-rig hobbyists to multi-megawatt data centers, standardized on ASICs years ago and never looked back.

We’re not a marketplace reselling whatever comes through the door. Every miner that leaves our shop gets benchmarked, stress-tested, and — where it makes sense — updated to Braiins OS before it ships. Weighing your first rig or your fiftieth? Talk to us — we’ll tell you honestly whether a given miner fits your setup, not just try to close a sale.

What “Refurbished” Actually Means Here

A lot of listings say “refurbished” and mean “it powered on once.” That’s not how we do it. Every Antminer that comes through ING Mining gets run under load, checked chain-by-chain for hashboard faults, and cleaned before it’s listed — not after a complaint. If a miner is short a chip or running hot, we say so in the listing and price it accordingly. We’d rather lose a sale than lose your trust.

That matters more than it sounds like. A single bad hashboard on a used S19 can quietly cut 30–40% of its hashrate without ever throwing an obvious error — you’d just wonder why your daily payout looks thin. Buying from a seller who actually benchmarks real output before shipping, instead of after your Bitcoin is already gone, is the difference between a good deal and an expensive mistake.

We’re a small, family-run operation — not a drop-shipping storefront — which means the person answering your questions is the same person who tested your miner. If something’s wrong after it arrives, you’re not stuck in a support queue arguing with a script.

Benefits of Our Hardware

Increased Mining Efficiency

  • Every rig we sell has been run under real load before it’s listed — not just powered on and photographed. That’s the only way to actually know a miner’s true hashrate and thermal behavior instead of guessing from a spec sheet.
  • Cooling is where most home setups quietly lose performance. We test and, where needed, recommend airflow improvements so your miner keeps its rated hashrate instead of throttling on a hot afternoon.
  • New to mining? Our setup guidance covers pool configuration, firmware, and monitoring — the stuff that trips up most first-time buyers in week one.

Higher Hash Rates

  • Hashrate is the one number that actually determines your share of block rewards — everything else is secondary. We benchmark every miner’s real output, not just the number printed on the box.
  • A faster miner solves more hashes per second, which is the entire game in a difficulty-adjusting network where everyone else is racing too.
  • Whether you’re running one Bitcoin miner in a garage or fifty in a warehouse, the math is the same: more real hashrate per watt means a shorter path to profitability.

Energy-Efficient Designs

  • Power is the biggest recurring cost in mining — bigger than the miner itself over its lifetime. We prioritize hardware and firmware tuning that gets more terahash out of every watt, because that’s what actually moves your break-even date.
  • It’s not just about the electric bill. The International Energy Agency has flagged mining efficiency as a real factor in the industry’s environmental footprint — running efficient hardware is one lever every miner can pull individually.
  • Efficient doesn’t mean underpowered. Our tuned rigs hold strong hashrates while drawing less than their stock configuration — that’s the actual definition of a good upgrade.

Built for Volatile Markets

  • Bitcoin’s price swings; your hardware costs don’t have to. A miner that’s efficient at today’s difficulty stays profitable longer as difficulty rises — buying cheap, inefficient hardware just means replacing it sooner.
  • Network data shows mining difficulty has trended upward for most of Bitcoin’s history. Hardware that’s efficient today is your buffer against that trend tomorrow.
  • We’d rather sell you one miner that keeps earning for two years than three miners you’ll replace in six months.

Real Support From People Who Actually Know Mining

  • Every miner we sell was tested by someone who understands what “chain fault” or “abnormal temp” actually means — not a call-center script reading from a troubleshooting flowchart.
  • We’re a small, family-run operation, which means when you email us, you’re talking to the people who source, test, and ship the hardware — not a support ticket queue.
  • Questions before you buy are welcome, not an inconvenience. If a miner isn’t a good fit for your setup, we’ll tell you — read more about how we operate on our About page.

Firmware Tuning: The Free Upgrade Most Buyers Skip

Stock firmware leaves performance on the table. We flash eligible miners with Braiins OS, which lets us push more terahash out of the same power draw — often a meaningful jump in output without touching the electric bill. It used to be a DIY project involving a lot of trial, error, and the occasional bricked board; we handle it before the miner ever ships.

Every rig we sell is built to run 24/7, not just survive a weekend of testing. That means real airflow planning, hashboard-level diagnostics, and — for buyers running larger deployments — guidance on immersion cooling if air alone won’t cut it at your site.

Buy from ING MINING™ and you get a miner that’s already been optimized — not one you have to optimize yourself after the fact.
