Read the 110 TH/s figure carefully
This is the important part and we would rather say it up front than have you find out after delivery. A factory Antminer S19 is a 95 TH/s machine at 3,250 W (34.2 J/TH, BM1398BB silicon). A 110 TH/s figure on VNish is an overclock, and overclocks cost watts — the wall draw at that tune is meaningfully higher than 3,250 W per unit. If you size your breakers off the stock number you will trip them.
Before you buy, ask us for two things: the exact board revision on these units, and the measured wall draw at the tune they ship on. We will read them off the machines rather than quote you a spec sheet. Sizing 20 units of electrical service off a guess is how people end up rewiring a building twice.

The figures above are Bitmain’s factory ratings for the S19 platform. The tuned operating point on these particular units is different by definition — that is what VNish is for.
What VNish OS gives you
Per-chip autotuning, the ability to trade hashrate against efficiency deliberately, and much better visibility into which chip on which board is dragging a machine down. It also voids any remaining manufacturer warranty, and running boards hot to chase terahashes shortens their life. On a twenty-unit fleet we would tune these back toward efficiency rather than run them at the top of the range, but that is your call and your power price.
Condition
Sold as refurbished. Ask us what was replaced, how long they were burned in, and what warranty comes with the lot — we will answer all three in writing before you pay.
Power and siting — read this before you buy
An S19 is a 200–277 V AC machine. It will not run on a standard North American 120 V outlet, and at roughly 3.25 kW it needs a dedicated 240 V circuit with real headroom — a 20 A 240 V breaker per machine is the practical floor. It is also a genuinely loud industrial appliance at about 75 dB. This is a shed, garage, warehouse or hosted-facility miner, not a living-room miner. If you want something you can put in a house, look at the Avalon Q instead.
Budget for spares. Hashboards, fan assemblies, PSUs and control boards are the four failure points worth having on a shelf before you need them.

Questions buyers ask about this lot
Will this run on a normal household outlet?
No. This lot needs a dedicated 200–277 V circuit. A North American 120 V household outlet will not run it under any adapter or configuration. Have an electrician confirm the supply before the pallet arrives.
What can I mine with it?
The algorithm is SHA-256 (Bitcoin), and ASIC silicon is single-purpose: it will mine coins on that algorithm and nothing else, whatever the price of anything else does.
What condition is it in, and what does that grade mean?
This is second-hand stock. We describe it the way we found it: tested working means it ran on our bench at the stated hashrate, refurbished means it was also cleaned, re-pasted or had parts replaced, and as-is means it is sold without a working claim. The grade for this unit is stated in the description above; where a listing states no grade, it says so rather than implying one. Cosmetic wear — dust, scratches, label marks — is normal on hardware that has been mining and is not a fault.
What should I check the day it arrives?
Photograph the pallet or box before you open it, keep the packaging, and run the 48-hour acceptance test straight away. Freight claim windows are short, and a fault found on day two is a conversation while a fault found on day thirty is an argument. Twenty machines: where a spares shelf starts paying for itself
Twenty is the size at which an idle machine stops being an annoyance and starts being arithmetic. A dual fan assembly is $24.99 on this store today; a machine standing still for a week waiting on one has already cost more than the fan. Buy the shelf with the pallet rather than after the first failure, and treat the repair tail as an operating cost rather than as an insult.
What goes on it, cheapest first, at what these are listed at on this store on 15 August 2026: the $16.50 APW9/APW12 supply cable, the $24.99 dual fan assembly, the $59.99 tested control board and the $59.99 tested working S19 hashboard. Diagnosis is a separate cost from repair, and this is where twenty machines earns its own rule: you cannot tell a dead hashboard from a dead control board, a dead rail or a bad ribbon cable by looking. Of the machines that reach our bench described as having a dead hashboard, roughly half have a healthy board and a sick supply, control board or cable — which is the most expensive assumption in used mining, because by the time the machine ships the buyer has usually already paid for the board.
At twenty, the cheap end of the diagnostic ladder is the honest answer: the $59.99 S19/T19 test fixture on an SD card. The $459.99 hashboard tester works out at $4.60 a machine across a hundred and does not make sense across twenty. A costed spares float, and where each rung of that ladder starts to pay, is on used ASIC miner fleet economics.
