This is not networking hardware you can just switch on

RBS 6000 gear does not function as generic equipment outside an operator’s network. The digital unit runs Ericsson software that is node-licensed and provisioned from the operator’s management system; the radios are locked to specific bands and to a licensed carrier configuration; and the whole node expects to be commissioned against an OSS. Buying the hardware does not get you the software, the licences or the commissioning — and transmitting on licensed spectrum without authorisation is illegal in every jurisdiction we ship to.

What people legitimately buy this for is spares for an existing licensed deployment, laboratory and training use, teardown and component recovery, or scrap value. Those are real markets and this is honest stock for them. It is not a home lab LTE network.

What the RBS 6000 architecture consists of

Digital unit (DUS / DUW) — the baseband. Handles GSM, WCDMA and LTE processing and traffic management, and connects to the radios over CPRI optical links.
Radio units — RRUS remote radio heads or radio boards in the shelf, each specific to a frequency band and power class.
Power system — the RBS runs on −48 V DC. A Power Connection Filter brings site DC or battery power in, and a Power Filter Unit stabilises the internal −48 V rail.
Transport — backhaul, typically fibre or microwave, in its own shelf.

What a condition here does not mean

Cosmetic wear is not a fault. Dust, scratches, scuffed labels and discoloured plastics are normal on equipment that has been in service. We photograph what we have; if the pictures matter to you, ask for more and we will take them.
