Shipping & Delivery

Everything ships from the United States by UPS Ground, and
orders ship within 7 business days. These are the rates the checkout charges —
read from the store’s own shipping settings, not estimates — so the number
here is the number you will be billed.

The per-unit rate covers single machines, hashboards, power supplies, testers and
parts. The fleet lots are priced separately because they move as freight rather than
as parcels, which is why a lot of 100 is not a hundred times the single-unit rate.

Outside the United States the checkout charges $250.00 per unit — it is a per-unit rate, not a flat rate per order, so three machines is $750.00 and not $250.00. On anything larger than a single machine, contact us before you order. A pallet of miners crossing a border is a freight job with customs paperwork, and it needs quoting properly rather than taking a flat rate off a web form. Work the freight into the decision before you commit: $250.00 on top of a $159.99 used S19 is not the same purchase as $250.00 on top of a $4,200 S21 Pro.

Sales tax

The store carries one sales tax rate: 6.25% Massachusetts sales tax, because ING Mining LLC is based in Hanson, MA. Orders shipping outside Massachusetts are not charged sales tax at checkout; whether you owe use tax in your own state is between you and your state. The total the checkout shows you is the authority on what you will be billed.

When it arrives

Do this before you do anything else, because the window in which a fault is
somebody else’s problem is short:

1. Photograph the pallet or box before you cut the wrap. A damage
   claim without a photograph of the packaging as delivered is a much weaker claim.
2. Keep the packaging until the machine has run a clean 48 hours.
3. Run the acceptance test. The full first-48-hours procedure is
   written up at acceptance-testing
   a miner you just received — physical inspection, PSU check, network and
   firmware, hashrate against the listing, temperatures, then an extended load run.

Before you order

Warranty and return terms are stated per unit, not per store. Some
listings carry a manufacturer warranty term and name it; used and AS-IS stock generally
carries none, and those listings do not claim one. We do not publish a single returns
window covering everything, because the sensible terms on a tested working machine and
on a board sold for parts are not the same terms. Ask us what applies to the
exact unit you are looking at before you pay — it is a two-minute
