This free bitcoin mining profit calculator tells you what an ASIC miner earns after electricity. Pick a machine, or type its terahash and watts. Then enter your power price, and the daily profit, the break-even power price and the payback time update as you type. There is no sign-up.
At 8 cents power, the S19, S19k Pro and S19 XP lose money today. So check your own rate below before you buy anything. Besides, the answer changes with every block.
Use the bitcoin mining profit calculator
The calculator loads the bitcoin price from CoinGecko and the network hashrate and block rewards from mempool.space, straight in your browser. If either site is unreachable, it uses the figures we saved on November 1, 2026, and it tells you so.

How to read the bitcoin mining profit calculator result
First, hashprice is the number that drives everything. Right now it is $32.93 per petahash per day. In other words, a 100 TH/s machine earns about $3.29 a day before power. The calculator multiplies that by your machine's terahash, takes off the pool fee you enter, and subtracts the power the machine uses at your rate.
Next, break-even power price is the most you can pay per kilowatt-hour before the machine loses money. Payback is the machine price divided by daily profit. However, payback assumes today's price and network size never change, and they do. So treat it as a rough guide, not a promise.
The same maths for four popular machines
Here is the live maths on November 1. Bitcoin is $77,868 and the network is 1069 EH/s, so hashprice is about $32.93 per petahash per day. That is what one PH/s of hashing earns before power.
| Machine | 5c/kWh | 8c/kWh | 12c/kWh | Break-even |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Antminer S19 (95 TH/s, 3250 W) | -$0.77 | -$3.11 | -$6.23 | 4.0c |
| Antminer S19k Pro (115 TH/s, 2645 W) | $0.61 | -$1.29 | -$3.83 | 6.0c |
| Antminer S19 XP (141 TH/s, 3010 W) | $1.03 | -$1.14 | -$4.03 | 6.4c |
| Antminer S21 Pro (234 TH/s, 3510 W) | $3.49 | $0.97 | -$2.40 | 9.1c |
Numbers are profit per day after electricity, at the three power prices shown. Break-even is the most you can pay per kilowatt-hour before the machine loses money. Specs are the manufacturer ratings; network data comes from mempool.space. Try your own power price in our free bitcoin mining profit calculator. See what these machines really sold for in our used ASIC miner price index. Want to run the same numbers on a machine you can buy today? See our used ASIC miners, or buy several at once through bulk lots.
What this bitcoin mining profit calculator leaves out
Be careful with the result. For one, specs are the manufacturer ratings, so a worn or hot machine will do a little worse. Also, the pool fee is zero unless you enter one. On top of that, hosting, cooling, shipping and taxes are not included. Finally, each difficulty adjustment changes the answer, and so does every move in the bitcoin price.
For the daily view, see our bitcoin mining profitability today page. To work out your real power rate, read the ASIC miner electricity rate guide.
