ING eBay AutoLister

Step 1: Download and Install the App

Download ING eBay AutoLister, install it on your Windows computer, and open the application.

Step 2: Create an eBay Developer Account

Go to the eBay Developer Program website and create a developer account. This is required so the software can securely connect to your eBay account.

Step 3: Create eBay Application Keys

Inside your eBay Developer account, create an application and copy your Production credentials:

• App ID / Client ID
• Cert ID / Client Secret
• Dev ID
• RuName / Redirect URL name

Step 4: Enter API Credentials

Open ING eBay AutoLister, go to Settings, and enter your eBay API credentials. Make sure you use Production credentials if you want to publish real eBay listings.

Step 5: Connect Your eBay Account

Use the OAuth login button inside the app to authorize your eBay account. This allows the software to create drafts, publish listings, import listings, and revise listings.

Step 6: Add Your AI API Keys

In Settings, enter your Anthropic API key for Claude listing generation. You may also add an OpenAI API key if you want optional image generation features.

Step 7: Set Your Listing Defaults

Enter your default ZIP code, country, package size, handling time, return policy, payment policy, fulfillment policy, and shipping settings.

Step 8: Create Your First Listing

Upload a product photo or paste a product URL. The software will analyze the product and fill out listing fields automatically.

Step 9: Review Before Publishing

Always review the title, price, condition, category, item specifics, shipping information, and photos before publishing to eBay.

Step 10: Publish or Save as Draft

When ready, publish the listing directly to eBay or save it as an eBay Seller Hub draft for final review.
